Live Your Ikigai
Bring Joy and Energy to Your Purposeful Life.
My IKIGAI invites us to ask:
—How do I truly want to live my life?
—What brings me joy, excitement and meaning?
—How can I bring out my best self in service to others?
After years of hustling — balancing work, parenting, and keeping up with social networks — what you need now is to pause, reflect and redirect.
This is for you if you are

A purpose-driven leader or parent ready to recognize your unique strengths and use them to make a meaningful contribution.
Seeking greater clarity on your vision and the next steps toward living with intention and alignment
Looking to refocus your energy so you can live — and lead — with purpose, presence, and vitality.
Hi, I’m Minako Horaguchi—an educator, certified life coach, and NLP practitioner guiding people through Ikigai-based transformation.
I was born and raised in the peaceful countryside of Takayama, Japan, where simplicity, nature, and deep connection were part of everyday life. Those early values still shape my work and the way I see the world.

Entering midlife wasn’t easy. Parenting, trying to balance work and family, navigating health challenges, and not knowing which direction to take — I often felt overwhelmed, scared to try a new path, and stuck.
But little by little, I found my way forward. I learned to clear away the clutter I no longer needed to carry into this stage of life. And that shift gave me clarity, energy, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Now, it's your turn to find your own way of living fully.
